EDUCATOR turned FAITH-DRIVEN BUSINESS COACH
From early on in my life, change and transitions were a constant in my life. My Dad was in the military, so we moved ever 2-3 years until I was in college. That meant a new house, a new neighbor, new friends, and new challenges.
As a teacher and school administrator, overseeing a staff of 70+ teachers and support staff, every year there was something new - new initiatives, curriculum, staff members, and policies that I helped to navigate by putting systems in place to lessen the load of my teachers.
After 20 years working in the field of education, it was time for another season of change. God called me out of that work, just a few years shy of reaching my career-long dream of becoming a principal.
He called me to step into being fully present as a Mom and Wife, as well as to start my own business to help ignite action in others.
Three years later, and I love helping successful faith-driven small business owners ignite action and navigate the constant changes that are always happening in business.
Navigating change is never easy. But it doesn't have to be overwhelming.
I love to use my energy igniting action for successful faith-driven business owners who have hit a major milestone, but now aren't sure what their next step is.
I've taken everything I've learned as a leader over the last years, plus my skills as a teacher and coach, to help break down step-by-step with a strategic plan so that navigating change and taking your business to the next level isn't a drain on your time or your energy.
